We are dedicated to conservation; we collect rainwater, filter and recycle it for use in the apartments and garden. We ask that you conserve electricity and water, both precious commodities in Guanajuato. Garden lighting comes on automatically at dusk, so you can turn your lights off when you leave for the evening, and know that you will have plenty of light to get back to your apartment when you return. We also have a camera system that monitors the street and entrances 24 hours a day.
Please be sure to lock the gate when you leave and double lock it when you return if it is after 9pm. Our lost key charge is $125.00 USD as we will have to change all the gate keys if you lose yours.
There is no garbage pick up in Guanajuato, but there are two garbage containers nearby where you can drop off your garbage, day or night.
